I support entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs in Quebec in starting and structuring their businesses. My role is to help my clients clarify their projects, structure their approach, and make informed decisions from the outset, in order to move forward on a solid and consistent foundation.
With a bachelor's degree in business administration , specializing in entrepreneurship and marketing, I work with entrepreneurs at various stages of their journey, from validating business ideas to structuring business plans and preparing funding applications. My support aims to provide a clear, structured, and realistic vision for the project, taking into account operational, financial, and commercial considerations.
My experience as a mentor at Futurpreneur Canada has allowed me to support numerous entrepreneurs in the creation and development of their businesses. I have worked on a variety of projects, involving the structuring of business models, the writing of credible business plans, and the analysis of strategic decisions that have a direct impact on the viability of projects.
I also have several years of experience in sales and business development, including the development and marketing of complex technical physical products in the field of information technology , intended for large clients.
I have worked in environments where decisions involve significant technical, financial, and organizational implications, both in long, structured sales cycles—including public tenders—and in more agile contexts with SMEs and entrepreneurs. This experience allows me to connect strategy to real-world situations and help my clients structure a clear value proposition, a consistent pricing strategy, and a go-to-market approach tailored to their specific context.
My support is grounded in business realities and personalized. Each mandate is tailored to the client's specific situation, sector of activity, and level of development, with the aim of supporting strategic decisions and concrete actions.
